Training and Skills TransferAt the project's inception, during the scoping stage, we design the training strategy that will be implemented based on 2 key aspects:
Training based on the new loyalty programme which the retailer wishes to implement using our solution and dedicated to marketers.
Training based on the architecture defined during the scoping stage and the software modules selected by the retailer. This training is dedicated to the retailer's IT support staff. At the end of the training, the skills transfer ends with a specific test which enables our Support and Project teams to assess whether trainees have acquired sufficient knowledge. Functional TrainingFunctional training allows the retailer's marketing teams to become proficient in all modules in the software suite, which enables them to design their own fully-fledged loyalty programme. Training is based on a curriculum that covers the modules purchased and the loyalty programme the retailer wishes to implement:
Document design - Site management - Deployment - Designing simple and advanced offers - Designing specific offers - Item management - Interface history menu - Statistics menu, etc.
Account management - Card management - Customer management - Quick data entry screen - Complaint handling, etc.

SMS / MMS offers - E-mail offers - Mailing offers - Web offers - Multichannel offers.
Campaign types, objectives et targets - New campaign - Campaign planning - Campaign reporting - New reporting, etc. Technical TrainingTechnical training is provided to Support teams with the skills required to supervise the new loyalty programme that will be implemented.
