A Powerful Customer Data Management Tool

Towards One Single Customer Data Repository

Today, every retailer needs to be able to manage customer data regardless of the sales channel (store, Web site, smartphone applications). However, data is scattered and incomplete because most of the time it relates to each sales channel separately.

The challenge retailers are faced with is to find ways to let customer data converge into a single repository in order to obtain 360° customer insights regardless of the places of consumption.

Implementing a Multichannel Customer Relationship through Multiple Touch Points

In this context, Maxxing has developed a comprehensive CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module based on existing customer databases in order to enable the retailer to manage critical customer data used in the implementation of multichannel Customer Relations through multiple touch points.

With Maxxing, the retailer can:

Manage essential customer information such as gender, last name, first name, mailing address, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, date of birth, number of children, club membership, etc.
Store and identify the customer's favourite touch points through the use of opt-in and opt-out choices.
Implement or complement the customer loyalty programme with essential core components:

Customer accounts: of type Loyalty or other, to manage rewards in points, cash or other.
Customer cards: of type Loyalty or Payment, to handle activation and expiry and merge or group cards under one account for example.
View history logs and manage transactions on customer accounts and/or cards in the event of a complaint for example.

It is important to note that customer data stored in Maxxing can be used in the Campaign Management module to manage promotions and in the Targeting module to handle customer target groups.

Sales receipt information is stored in the Customer Management module, which means that product returns and exchanges are also supported.

Rewards are either based on the initial receipt or can be recomputed using the new receipt.
