Refining the Promotional Campaign Loyalty Strategy

In an increasingly competitive environment, customer loyalty has become a critical issue for most retailers. In parallel, they need the right tools to track, measure and compare promotions, assess how relevant they are, and measure the performance and ROI of promotional campaigns, and more generally, of loyalty programmes.

Performance tracking tools must be able to track shopper activity across all channels and provide general insights, specific channel information and results that enable marketers to refine campaign and loyalty strategies.

To meet specific needs, each retailer can create custom reports by selecting multiple criteria from a myriad of available benchmark data, which allows them to analyse all aspects of the loyalty programme with greater flexibility under different functional perspectives.
