Graphical promotion design

Maxxing provides a simplified composition tool to easily design promotions deployed through print (coupon, mailing) or non-print (SMS, e-mail) channels.

Sales promotion engine

The promotion engine runs and deploys promotions in real time via multiple channels:

at the till,
on the e-commerce Web site,
on interactive kiosks,
on the smartphone application
or any other sales channel

It supports all promotion types and retailer-specific execution criteria: instant or deferred rewards, points-based loyalty counters, discount vouchers, promotional coupons, electronic wallet.

Support for customer mobility (also called nomadism)

Our tool includes support for customers who shop and redeem rewards in different stores of the same retail chain by updating the customer database in real time, thus ensuring reliable promotion traceability.

In-store Paperless Proactivity

More and more consumers are using self-scanning devices available in the store. This fast and convenient sales channel is enjoying growing success among shoppers and retailers who use it to communicate with and approach consumers in new ways.

By installing self-scanners in different places in the point of sale, the retailer can interact with the consumer through personalised messages sent in real time to the self-scanner's display. By identifying the customer, the items scanned and the section where the customer is located, the retailer can send targeted information and better let the customer know about the promotions available to them.

Just like navigation on an e-commerce Web site, Maxxing's solution allows the retailer to interact with this sales channel in Push mode by delivering paperless promotions in real time.

This not only helps boost the sales of advertised items or sections, it also enables marketers to fully express their creativity and provide other services (e.g. send recipes based on what food items are in the cart).
